*Member Registration must be full members of WAAVP, IAAVP.
*Student Registration must be accompanied by a PDF letter signed by the head of department/graduate chair confirming undergraduate or graduate student status along with the contact information of the supervisor. Note that the following is not applicable for Student Registration: fellows, trainees or post docs.
*Accompanying persons are eligible to attend conference social events and but are not permitted to attend conference sessions.
*A dedicated registration link will be sent to exhibitors as per their entitlement.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received in writing at the WAAVP 2023 Secretariat’s address before July 15th, 2023 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a INR 12,000 (150 USD) administrative fee (as per WAAVP 2023 policy). Cancellations received after July 15th, 2023 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This change can be made by re-accessing your online registration using the link on your confirmation letter. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference. In the unlikely event that WAAVP 2023 is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
Payment Policy
Please note that registration needs to be paid in full before attending any scientific sessions. Only credit card or exact amount of cash in INR will be accepted onsite; no cheques, wire transfers or deferred payments will be accepted. Name badge reprint fee onsite –INR 4,000 (50 USD)
Registration and attendance at, or participation in WAAVP 2023 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to WAAVP to use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
